JRC Brazil

JRC came to Brazil in 1975 to provide technical guidance and manage the production of the first maritime radio and radar equipment produced in Brazil - at that time Brazil was the second largest shipbuilder in the world. Then, in 1984, JRC began offering services for its products, meeting the demand of local shipowners.
With the decline in new construction, shipyards were being closed or downsized in order to maintain their operations. JRC Brasil began to act as a solutions provider, seeking to fill part of the gap left by the transfer of specialized labor from shipyards to other areas.
 
Today, JRC Brasil provides, with the support of its partners, in addition to the products that make up the Integrated Navigation and External Communication Bridge (GMDSS), Internal Communication, 5G/LTE, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Dynamic Positioning, Automation, and much more.
