Targeting the demand for high-power medium-speed engines in the engineering vessel and generator set markets, the engine performance specifications are set at 8000 kW /750 rpm. Take the requirements of 60 Hz generatorfrequency, the rated speed can also be 720r/min, accommodating the diverse operating conditions of engineering vessels and generator sets. Drawing on advanced domestic and international engine designs, the diesel engine features advanced performance indicators, reliable operation, ease of maintenance, anaesthetically pleasing appearance, and a general layout characterized by a V-type configuration, four-stroke cycle, turbocharging and intercooling, direct injection, and non-reversible operation
