Combining experience and innovation, the BELOV Shipyard, located in Aratu Bay, Bahia, has a production capacity of 11.000 tons/year for the manufacture, repair, and structural reinforcement of vessels in steel and naval aluminum. With a 110.000 m² plant and a specialized engineering team, it performs decommissioning services for ships and fixed and floating platforms, and the development of certified DP1 and DP2 type vessels. Using block construction methodology and advanced finishing, it performs unilateral welding with ceramic backing in TIG and MIG processes, with a dedicated "pipe-shop" area and pipe welding performed in the TIG process. As an assembly shipyard, the main equipment such as portholes, deck equipment, fenders, propellers, plating, and finishing are supplied by leading companies in the naval market. Among its internationally awarded sustainable and innovative projects are diesel-electric diving support vessels, DP-2 hydrojet propulsion vessels, the world's first hybrid maneuvering pushboats, among others.
